Heating Engineer

In addition to daily maintenance of the property's heating system, our heating engineer prepares ELO reports and adjusts the heating system to reduce energy consumption and extend the system's lifespan.

Janitor Service

Our janitor takes care of ongoing maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. He ensures the building "functions" and coordinates various service functions, such as stairwell cleaning, waste management, snow removal, etc.

Contractor Coordination
